How we handle your Roblox cookies
Handing an account cookie to a service you did not write is a fair thing to be uneasy about, and the honest answer is specific rather than reassuring. Here is exactly what is needed, what is stored, how long it lives, and what you can verify yourself rather than take on trust.
What is needed and what is never asked for
Signing in with Discord keeps your Discord user ID, username and the email address Discord shares with us, so we can run your account and find it when you ask for support. There is no password to create, and your contact list is never involved. Solving a captcha needs the session cookie of the account being challenged and nothing besides it, because the challenge has to be answered from the session that was challenged. Your Roblox password is not part of that, and captcha solving never asks for one.
How a cookie is stored while we hold it
Cookies are encrypted at rest rather than sitting in a table in the clear. They are never written to a log, and they are never shown back to you in full, not even on your own dashboard, because a value you can read off a screen is a value that ends up in a screenshot. Nothing about your account is sold or handed to an advertiser, and there are no third-party analytics or fingerprinting scripts on the site to hand it to.
How long it stays and how to remove it
Delete an Auto Solve machine and its cookie is wiped there and then, not merely hidden from the list. A cookie submitted for a one-shot batch is wiped a short while after that batch finishes, because after that there is nothing left to do with it. Server logs and error reports are kept for up to thirty days and then go. If you want the account itself and everything attached to it removed, ask and it is removed.
What you can check rather than trust
Every job records its own outcome, so you can see which accounts were solved, which failed, and what each one was charged, rather than reading a total and hoping. Refunds for failed solves land automatically and show up in the same history. Queue health is published live rather than described, and a machine stops itself when the balance runs out instead of continuing on credit. None of that requires trusting a claim on this page.
