What this is

zapzonex solves Roblox captchas for you. You hand us your Roblox account cookies through the site or the API, and whenever Roblox throws a FunCaptcha during a join, we solve it and tell you the result. Each solve costs a bit of credit from your prepaid balance.

No refunds, ever

Once you top up, that money is gone. We don't do refunds. Not for downtime, not for a banned account, not because you changed your mind, not for any reason at all. The one and only way credit comes back is when a solve fails on our side: we put that credit straight back on your balance, automatically. Nothing else gets returned.

We can shut this down anytime

This service can stop at any moment, with no warning. We might pause it, break it, or close it for good. That could happen if Roblox changes its anti-bot setup and there's nothing left for us to solve. If it does, any balance you have left is worth nothing, and you won't get it back. So top up only what you're willing to lose.

Playing fair

Only submit cookies for accounts you actually own or control. Don't use us to harass, scam, or mess with other Roblox players. Reselling access, hammering the API, or trying to overload the service will get your account cut off. And whatever you do with a cookie you submit is still on you under Roblox's own rules. That part is between you and Roblox.

Your cookies

We keep your cookies private and never show them back to you in full. Delete a machine and its cookies are wiped for good right away, not just hidden from view. Cookies from a one-shot batch get wiped a short while after the batch finishes. We never store or log your raw cookies, top-up codes, or anything you log in with.

Your API key is yours to guard

Your API key shows up once, when you create it. We don't keep a copy, so we can't get it back for you. Lose it? Make a new one. Think it leaked? Replace it right away. The old one stops working the second you do. Every request and every charge under your key is yours until you turn it off.

Privacy policy

We sign you in through Discord and keep your Discord user ID, username, avatar and the email address Discord shares with us, so we can run your account and help you when you ask for support. We also note the IP address you sign up from, to review abuse. There is no password to set. Session cookies keep you signed in; they are HttpOnly, encrypted, and scoped to .zapzonex.net. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we never sell or rent your data. Crash reports go to Sentry, our error-monitoring processor, without your identity attached. Server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) are kept for operational troubleshooting and rotated within 30 days. Your Roblox cookies are handled per clause 05 above: never logged, never surfaced in full, wiped on deletion or shortly after a batch completes. The privacy policy has the details. If you want your account and all associated data removed, ask in Discord and we will delete it.
